Was bestimmt die Schicksale der Frauen in der Geschichte der Philosophie: Rolle, Charakter, Richtung oder Berührungen zum Porträt persönlicher und historischer Tragödien? Viele von ihnen opferten ihr Leben, ihren Namen, ihre Familien um der Philosophie willen, was man als eine Art Askese der Wissenschaft um der Wissenschaft willen bezeichnen kann.
