In Four Degrees of Wonder, author and life coach Kath Wells shares many of her stories and reflections on moments of wonder she has experienced through creation, Scripture, prayer, music and insightful writings. This exploration began after experiencing three profound occasions of wonder over one Christmas time. Kath began to wonder about wonder and found her nights awash with tears as she recalled the Lords interventions and life-changing words to her over many years. She shaped these into chapters on his acceptance, receiving his love, being surprised by the Spirit, wide-eyed wonder, miracles of provision, and many more. Kath includes moving stories from her friends and other authors, both historical and contemporary. You will be inspired and enlarged as you savor these stories and the insights from Scripture she shares. Kath encourages readers to learn to be open to being ambushed by his love and wisdom. Our confidence and openness to him will grow as we do this. Helpful questions are included at the end of each chapter for personal reflection and prayer or they can be used for engaging group discussion.
