L’objectif de la présente étude était la formulation et l’évaluation d’un comprimé à dissolution rapide de nébivolol Hcl par dispersion solide. Les comprimés à dissolution rapide sont un nouveau type de comprimés qui se dissolvent/se désagrègent/se dispersent dans la salive en quelques secondes sans eau. Le nébivolol Hcl est principalement utilisé dans le traitement de l’hypertension, comme antagoniste bêta-adrénergique et vasodilatateur. Il est peu soluble et nécessite une amélioration de sa solubilité et de sa vitesse de dissolution lors du développement de sa formulation.
