Azalea has been treated differently since she can remember; and that is because, she is. Azalea has golden feathers that line her wings, and she has a gem that resides within her navel. She is neither royalty nor a servant but, is treated as both. Azalea soon finds herself being forced to marry her long time, so called best friend, Cethios. They were inseparable at one point of their lives, but that changed long ago. And on the night of the ball, where she is to be announced as Cethios’ bride to be, she escapes to find adventure, true love, and her true identity. But what awaits her is more than she expected. Xanthus has been hiding his true identity for years; all he wants is to find true love, and someone, sort of like him, someone he can relate to. Out of nowhere stumbles in a fairy that turns his life upside down. She is feisty, brave, and true. Is she what he needed in his life? Or is she what he has always wanted? Cethios has been hiding a deep long secret for a long time, more than he can bear it seems. He needs to continue playing his part to protect the one he truly cares about, but no one must know, or else everything he holds dear, will fall apart and cease to exist. All of their worlds are about to collide, but is it Fate? Destiny? Or is it, Forbidden?
