Convincing the local cattle association to sign a herd of misbranded cattle over to him (that tale in book one) he enlists the aid of his new son in law for a cattle drive as cover to keep the buyers in Dodge during the early winter months so he can seek his vengeance. 'For Faded Love', is a hard-hitting, emotional tale of one winter cattle drive. The hardships, dangers, murders and mass executions, rustling, loves lost and found, vengeance and faith in the Almighty bring men of mixed race and cultures together as brothers.
