In this volume of the Cooper’s Adventures series, a young boy cat named Cooper receives a text message from his friend Patty the Cow while sitting on the bench after taking a walk. Patty wants to play. The two of them jump on the Patty’s flying scooter and take off, but the scooter breaks down and lands in a place called Ohio. Together, they make new friends and have exciting adventures while exploring Ohio.
