Lo que no existe en nuestro país —y es la razón por la cual decidí escribir este texto— es un libro que esté totalmente dedicado a la resolución de problemas de física. En esta obra se explica con gran detalle cómo resolver más de 100 problemas de física, entre los que se incluyen problemas de cinemática, caída libre, movimiento parabólico, fuerzas y energía. El libro está pensado para estudiantes de último año de bachillerato, pero también para estudiantes universitarios de pre-física, e incluso de física 1, que deseen aclarar ciertos conceptos o quieran poner en práctica lo que han aprendido.Sebastián Murgueitio Ramírez cursa el Doctorado en Historia y Filosofía de la Ciencia en la Universidad de Notre Dame, Estados Unidos, donde estudia aspectos filosóficos de las simetrías en la física contemporánea. En paralelo realiza una maestría en física en la misma universidad. Sebastián se graduó como físico y como filósofo de la Universidad de los Andes en el 2014.’ 10
