Der Kampf um Rechte stößt auf viele Schwierigkeiten, in Brasilien ist dieser Kampf noch größer. Das Streben nach Staatsbürgerschaft ist eng mit der Erlangung von Rechten und Freiheit verbunden. Traditionen, Politik und Macht in Frage zu stellen, ist für niemanden eine leichte Aufgabe, schon gar nicht in einem Bereich wie der handwerklichen Fischerei, in dem Frauen als untergeordnet und unterwürfig in den Produktionsverhältnissen angesehen werden. Diese Realität verändert sich jedoch und verändert das Bild der traditionellen Fischerei in unserem Land. Es ist die Aufgabe eines jeden von uns, diese Realität zu analysieren, um einen sozialen Wandel im Streben nach sozialen Rechten zu erreichen. Die Herausforderung der Macht erfordert Mut und intellektuelle Energie. Dazu sind viel Reflexion und die Bereitschaft erforderlich, Dogmen und Vorurteile zu überwinden, die in unserer Gesellschaft weiterhin bestehen.
