This is the conclusion of Arrowhead in the Black Gumbo and Tales in Trees. Fire Within takes us on the last piece of Evey and Anthony’s journey and leaves us feeling happy for where it takes them. In this last book in the three book series, they fight for their love and their family. Evey finds out that her dreams have evolved and that she is now full of many gifts and has a way to use those gifts to pay it forward. Their family also continues to grow and while still supporting each other fully, Anthony and Evey work separately from time to time. In the end, their love endures throughout the ages.
