Blockchain technology facilitates FinTech innovations in Mailand China and Hong Kong. However, there are high level of risks in terms of money laundering and regulatory compliance, which raise concerns among investors and users of FinTech. Three internet courts (Hangzhou, Beijing and Guangzhou Internet Courts) were established, which use blockchain based evidence to facilitate the dispute resolutions. Meanwhile, the Supreme People’s Court of China issued guidance on admissibility of blockchain evidence in courts, in order to facilitate the healthy development of FinTech and to encourage financial innovations and protect investors and the markets.
