Socrates, Einstein, and Jesus of Nazareth all tell us something about ourselves and our world. We all find ourselves in the mysterious process of living a human life. Enough mystery surrounds life for us to take seriously the question, “Why are we?” Challenged by the wonder of our very own existence, we seem to be only being polite to Whoever we came from to spend a little time trying to answer the question. Socrates would applaud us. Einstein would say, “Good question, but not in my field.” Jesus of Nazareth said, “I come that you might have life, and have it in abundance.” This little book tries to find the meaning of abundant life.
