La mobilisation des ressources est l’un des défis majeurs auxquels sont confrontées les ONG locales du Bénin. L’Etat seul ne pouvant subvenir aux besoins de la population, ces ONG constituent l’un des acteurs clés du dispositif de mise en œuvre des projets de développement face aux défis sociaux, économiques et environnementaux. Considérées comme acteurs de développement plus proches des communautés, les ONG locales font face à des difficultés de mobilisation de ressources financières. Cette étude vise à: (i) apprécier les mécanismes de mobilisation des ressources utilisés par les ONG locales; (ii) analyser la capacité organisationnelle et institutionnelle des ONG locales à mobiliser des ressources. La collecte des données s’est effectuée auprès de trente ONG locales, des PTF; structure étatique et structures faîtières des OSC. Cette étude révèle que les ONG locales interrogées présentent un mécanisme inefficace de mobilisation de ressources et de faibles capacités organisationnelles et institutionnelles.
