Filosofia del diritto nell’era dell’IA esplora la trasformazione del diritto, della giustizia e dell’esistenza umana nel contesto dell’intelligenza artificiale e della società dei dati. Il libro sostiene che la filosofia giuridica tradizionale non è più sufficiente per affrontare le realtà contemporanee plasmate dagli algoritmi, dalle piattaforme digitali e dalla governance guidata dai dati. Attraverso un approccio interdisciplinare che combina teoria giuridica, filosofia, etica e studi tecnologici, l’opera analizza le tensioni tra libertà e controllo, giustizia ed efficienza, nonché tra esseri umani e algoritmi.
