Eingang in diese Darstellungen fanden auch einige wenige Feldschlachten, die Auswirkungen f?r die sp?tere Belagerung und St?rmung von Festungen hatten.Anhand von historischen Dokumenten, die zum gr??ten Teil heutigem Sprachgebrauch angepasst wurden, werden die Bauzust?nde der Anlagen und die Angriffs- sowie Verteidigungshandlungen w?hrend der drei Schlesischen Kriege dargestellt.Es war keinesfalls Absicht, die Schlesischen Kriege vollst?ndig in ihrem Verlauf zu erfassen und darzustellen. Der Leser wird jedoch aus der Vielzahl von zeitgen?ssischen Aussagen die milit?rhistorische Bedeutung der damaligen Kampfhandlungen an und in den Festungsbauwerken erkennen.
