Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2001 im Fachbereich Germanistik - Neuere Deutsche Literatur, Note: 2,3, Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf (Philosophischen Fakultät), Veranstaltung: Examensklausur, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Mythos in Ferdinand Raimunds Bühnenwerken. Die Rolle der mythischen Figuren in menschenähnlicher Gestalt wird anhand seines romantisch-komischen Original-Zauberspiel „Der Alpenkönig und der Menschenfeind' und seinem Original- Zaubermärchen „Der Verschwender' behandelt. Zunächst folgt eine kurze Wiedergabe beider Werke in Bezug mit „Mythos'. Im Anschluss daran werde ich den Begriff „Mythos' näher definieren und diesen in Verbindung zu seinen zwei Werken setzen. Im Anschluss folgt eine Begründung für die Wahl dieser Stücke. Im Hauptteil der Arbeit geht es konkret um die mythischen Figuren in menschenähnlicher Gestalt; um ihre Gemeinsamkeiten, Unterschiede und ihre Entwicklungen. Im „Alpenkönig und der Menschenfeind' handelt es sich um den Alpenkönig selbst. Aus dem „Verschwender' werden die Figur Cheristanes und die des Bettlers untersucht.Am Schluss folgt eine Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse mit den jeweiligen Begründungen.
