Drawing on Victor Turner’s theory, Teresa Joseph argues for liminality and marginality as guiding principles for the church’s pastoral praxis in an ever more pluralist world.1 particularly appreciated the connections she draws between questions of interfaith dialogue and the experience of migrants. - Reid B. Locklin, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Christianity and Culture Programme, Saint Michael’s College, 81 Saint Mary Street, Toronto, Ontario M5S 1J4, CANADA. This study is a very creative and useful work. The three parts of the thesis are very well developed (open margin, embracing the margin, bridging the margin) and give testimony of the knowledge of an enormous quantity of literature which the authoress knows well to integrate into her vision of togetherness. Being based on a research with solid elaboration of documented material (anthropological, philosophical, theological etc.) the authoress succeeds well in indicating a promising thrust for the catechetical activity of the Church. It is hoped that such a work could illumine the future work of the Church in the field of globalization and religious pluralism. - Prof. Michael Fuss 'Religions have much to gain from conversation with each other' Chester Gillis. This is true particularly when we are discussing justice, service, family cohesion, belongingness to a community, value of life, sense of the sacred, contemplation, silence and bond with nature. Teresa Joseph’s research breaks new ground in offering a new context for the inter-religious pedagogy and for the formation to dialogue among believers of various religions.' - Archbishop Thomas Menamparampil Teresa Joseph fma holds a Masters degree in Science of Education with specialization in Catechetics from Auxilium Rome and a PhD in Missiology with specialization in Inter-religious Studies from the Gregorian University Rome. Stuart Evans’s first novel is a comedy-of-ill-manners set in a nouveau riche milieu: a fantastic satirical performance and hyper-referential homage to masters past and present.
