The dark watchers are said to be responsible for many local disappearances and suspicious deaths, including that of Robyn’s grandfather. Unsettlingly, Robyn and Ash are the only two people who can see them. They should probably do something about that if they want any chance to restore the farm... or to avoid the bizarre and haunting fate of Robyn’s grandfather and so many others.
