Faith Driven Leadership

As Christian business leaders, we have a higher standard, a two-edged sword in the fight to leave the world better than before. Our call is both an eternal obligation and one of the immediate. In the marketplace, behind enemy lines you might say, we are to glorify God by raising up disciples of Jesus while simultaneously operating at a world-class level-regardless of title or position. Today, more than ever, they are considered two distinct endeavors. In fact, effort toward our present goals have far superseded the eternal.American business has forgotten that pursuit of the infinite accomplishes the finite-and with far better results. Christian business leaders should represent the pinnacle of success. Many of them do. Although not seen en masse, faith-driven leaders mediate millions of miracles you’ll never read about. As followers of Jesus in the American marketplace, we are on the front line between right and wrong.
