L’objectif de cette étude est de déterminer comment les administrateurs ont pu atteindre leurs positions actuelles en tenant compte de leurs perspectives de leadership, de leurs forces en tant que leaders, de leurs limites en tant que leaders scolaires et de leur style de leadership qui se manifeste dans leurs écoles au moment de la pandémie. Elle vise également à comprendre en profondeur comment les administrateurs assument leur rôle et comment ils peuvent inspirer et habiliter d’autres femmes à prendre les rênes de la gestion de l’éducation.
