Exhale!

BE PATIENTBeing patient can be one of the hardest tasks in your life. Circumstancesin our life will teach us how to be patient. Here are some hints for ourhealth. I found that anxiety is a desperate situation. There are things wecannot change. Yet we want to change them so badly. We try as hardas we can to fix it on our own until we lose sleep for days and makeourselves sick. But, when you understand how important it is to wait; itis worthwhile.That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faithand patience inherit the promises.Hebrews 6:12We never know the tool that is used for the kingdom. Serving patientlyis a wonderful tool which is a witness to others. I believe it will get strongerand stronger over our lives. On the journey walking our walk will determinehow we get there and when we get there. Out of all the preaching andprophesying we have nobody can exhale for us. Make up in our mindto practice patience. A mentor will help, one that you can listen to. Nomatter how tough they sound; when they instruct us sometimes it soundslike a noise in our ear, but hang tough. We need each other, but again Isay nobody can exhale for you. Some deep situation has almost knockedus to our knees, but about now this is where we need to take some timeout and kneel in the presence of our Lord and Savior. A lot of times we didnot realize He was there all the time, but there comes a time we can seethe break of day. Your day break is coming thru. I have found that there can be peace in the midst of a storm.We can ask the Lord to help us look up to you in the midst of a storm.We can press toward the mark and then all that we confront makesus light up with joy. Because we believe that the joy of the Lord is ourstrength. Strength is what we need to confront the forces that are in thispresent world. We are bound to go through some stuff. God knows wherewe are right now. God will protect us from temptation. He always gives usa way to avoid falling into the enemies’ hand.So surely, with such a love protecting you rejoice. Be content the Lordis with you (Hebrews 13:5) Mighty God; I rejoice that you will neverforsake me!A lamp unto my feetWhen we exhale I believe our whole body lights up.
