O exercício físico pode melhorar ou manter o bem-estar físico e psicológico dos doentes com cancro paliativo. A fim de optimizar e contribuir para a qualidade de vida dos pacientes com doenças crónicas e progressivas, este texto explora a implementação do exercício físico em pessoas com cancro avançado num ambiente doméstico, proporcionando uma visão particular através de um caso clínico, juntamente com orientações de trabalho auto-desenvolvidas.
