Execution of Faith

Danny Pearson thought he was done with danger. After years in the SAS and a brutal reckoning with the London underworld, all he wants is a quiet life - a house, a steady job with Paul Greenwood’s security firm, and maybe something more with the woman who’s been on his mind. But when his best friend Scott uncovers a disturbing secret hidden inside a piece of software, Danny is pulled into something far bigger than a corporate cover-up.A young Japanese programmer has been building code for a London-based company called CMS Software Corporation. What she doesn’t know is that her work is the final piece of a devastating puzzle - and the people behind CMS are killing everyone who helped build it. A ruthless team of professional assassins is eliminating the programmers one by one, from New York to Berlin to Tokyo, leaving no trace and no witnesses.Behind it all is Marcus Tenby - a man with a false identity, limitless patience, and a terrifying endgame. Working with an Islamic extremist group known as The Faith, Tenby has acquired a weaponised nerve agent and built a cyber weapon capable of crippling the global banking system. His plan: unleash both simultaneously in a coordinated attack on London that will bring the Western world to its knees. When MI6 and the FBI connect the dots, Danny finds himself at the centre of an international race against time. From the backstreets of Tokyo to the mountains of Argentina, from the corridors of Whitehall to a heavily armed compound in Syria, Danny must use every ounce of his lethal training to stop an attack that could kill thousands.Execution of Faith is the explosive second instalment in the internationally bestselling Danny Pearson series.
