L’objectif de cette étude était de comparer l’épaisseur des tissus mous de la face chez des personnes vivantes à travers une étude pilote. Pour ce faire, 20 points craniométriques communs aux populations comparées ont été sélectionnés. La population de Recife-PE/Brésil a été comparée à d’autres populations, dont celles d’Afrique, de Chine, de Corée, de Slovaquie, de Colombie et de France. La comparaison a été faite en utilisant les variables obtenues (race, groupe d’âge, IMC et sexe) avec celles obtenues dans les études publiées dans la littérature.
