L’inflammation est une menace majeure pour la santé humaine et joue un rôle important dans le développement de diverses maladies infectieuses et non infectieuses telles que la maladie d’Alzheimer, les maladies cardiaques, l’asthme, l’arthrite rhumatoïde, etc. En fonction de l’intensité de ce processus, les médiateurs générés dans le site inflammatoire peuvent atteindre la circulation et provoquer de la fièvre. Le traitement clinique des maladies inflammatoires dépend de médicaments qui appartiennent soit aux groupes chimiques non stéroïdiens, soit aux groupes chimiques stéroïdiens. L’utilisation d’extraits de plantes dans la synthèse verte de nanoparticules d’argent présente plusieurs avantages par rapport aux procédés conventionnels, car ils sont bénéfiques, simples à améliorer et respectueux de l’environnement. Les caractéristiques structurelles et morphologiques des nanoparticules d’argent ont été étudiées par UV-Visible, FTIR, TEM, FESEM et XRD. Les nanoparticules d’Ag étaient sphériques et cylindriques. Les nanoparticules d’Ag produites avaient une taille moyenne de 23,18 nm et étaient de l’ordre du nanomètre. L’image EDS confirme que l’échantillon contient de l’Ag. L’EDS et le FTIR ont confirmé que la poudre de nanoparticules d’Ag fabriquée à l’aide de la technique de biosynthèse était pure et que les nanoparticules d’Ag présentaient une activité anti-inflammatoire accrue.
