Cette recherche m’a permis de conclure qu’il y avait une différence minime entre les valeurs de contenu des différents types de laits. Les résultats ont montré que le lait concentré de laboratoire, préparé par lyophilisation, contient le pourcentage le plus élevé de protéines, d’humidité et de cendres que l’autre type de lait concentré, préparé par évaporation et généralement disponible sur le marché. Le lait concentré disponible dans le commerce contient le pourcentage le plus élevé de lactose que les deux autres types de laits. Le lait concentré lyophilisé contient le pourcentage le plus élevé de matières grasses, le pourcentage le plus élevé de protéines et de cendres que les deux autres types de laits. J’espère que mon travail de recherche sera utile aux lecteurs.
