zweisprachiges Lernen findet vielfach in privaten Kindergärten und Grundsc- len statt und bilinguale Bildungsangebote werden von bildungsinteressierten - tern nachgefragt, die ihren Kindern bereits ab dem Kindergartenalter bilinguales Lernen ermöglichen wollen. Damit allen Kindern der Zugang zu fremden Sp- chen eröffnet wird und die Schere zwischen bildungsprivilegierten und b- dungsbenachteiligten Kindern nicht noch weiter geöffnet wird, muss das Sp- chenlernen in der Primarstufe deutlich gestärkt werden. Ob dies erfolgsversp- chender im fremdsprachlichen Fachunterricht oder in immersiven Konzepten gelingt, ist durch die fachdidaktische Forschung in der Breite noch zu überp- fen. Allerdings gibt es Hinweise in der Forschung, dass Immersion für alle K- der und alle sozialen Schichten geeignet ist und mit Immersionskonzepten ein beträchtlich höheres Niveau für die Fremdsprache als bei herkömmlichem le- gangsorientiertem Unterricht erreicht wird (Wode 2004, 7). Die aktuelle Debatte um sprachliches Lernen, Mehrsprachigkeit und Fre- sprachenlernen wird durch die Frage der mangelnden zweitsprachlichen K- petenz der Migranten im Bildungssystem überlagert. Sobald es um die schu- sche Bildung von Kindern mit Migrationshintergrund geht, wird die Förderung von Mehrsprachigkeit nicht als Ziel genannt, sondern das Primat des Deuts- lernens favorisiert. Dies bedeutet nach Alleman-Ghionda (2007, 184), „dass Mehrsprachigkeit im Umkehrschluss de facto nur für privilegierte Personen und Gruppen ein Bildungsziel ist'. Dagegen wird die mitgebrachte natürliche Me- sprachigkeit der Kinder mit Migrationshintergrund im deutschen Bildun- system nicht als Ressource und Bildungsziel anerkannt und wert geschätzt.
