These articles were commissioned at the meeting of the 25 EU Foreign Ministers at Rhodes in May 2003, during the EU Greek Presidency. It also offers the potential solutions as to the future of EU-US relations and the strengthening and organization of the common foreign policy of the EU after the war in Iraq.
