Wilhelm Wundt war ein deutscher Psychologe, Physiologe und Philosoph, der als einer der Begründer der experimentellen Psychologie gilt. Er wurde am 16. August 1832 geboren und verstarb am 31. August 1920. Wundt interessierte sich auch für die Verbindung zwischen Psychologie und Philosophie. Seine Arbeit trug dazu bei, die Psychologie als eigenständige wissenschaftliche Disziplin zu etablieren und beeinflusste Generationen von Psychologen. 'Erlebtes und Erkanntes ' ist seine Autobiografie.
