This book discusses the concept of environmental policy in the context of the property market. It presents debates between the environment, property market interfaces and urban impacts. The real estate market’s relationship with natural space points to central issues that should be reflected on from the point of view of the socio-environmental problem on the threshold of public policies and the urbanisation process associated with the universe of international capital.
