Diese Forschungsarbeit konzentriert sich auf Techniken zur effektiven Kühlung von Rechenclustern bei minimalen Mehrkosten, um Überhitzung und Schäden zu vermeiden. Als Grundlage für diese Forschungsarbeit wurde das Modell eines Xeon-Prozessors verwendet. Die Forschungsarbeit kommt zu dem Schluss, dass durch Variation des Luftströmungswegs ein effizienter Wärmeaustausch erreicht werden kann. Im Rahmen der Analyse dieser Forschungsarbeit werden auch aktuelle Studien zu neuen Ideen zur Verbesserung des Designs für den Wärmeaustausch diskutiert.
