These writings are long focuses on intuitive and real events which is time, according to this female author, to make the writings in a line up publishing after many years studying, writing and polishing prose.   The reason she writes in English comes from her decisive instincts linked with her Windward English roots, partly maintained traditional families in Curacao next to Dutch and Papiamento, the native tongue.  The uncovering stories are messages the author constantly encounters in her society and to let develop in a second niche-activity, suitable to her personality besides her visual art being.Since these are understandings from own developing heart, there might be people out there wanting to have some of revealed taste, next the usual touristic glamour of island.  This said will finally put the author’s best intentions upfront to divulge her presence out there inside the writings. The prosaic poems are cultural narratives deepening with a sense of authority for change and stability. But with often natural character of humor in each separate development of work, clarity is still shown and insists on comprehensively attendance of complex islands’ situation.   The first person speaks out through her multi ethnicity intrinsic values of culture, directed to differentiated powers in surround and dependent on outside claims that divides or she wishes for better adjustment at the end. Otherwise it’s a perfect place for living in its nature with handsome personalities of diversity. The one maintain their tradition claiming no restriction or the ones choose to make haste in politically turmoil for better choice. All in a drive with intermission with slightly calm but on the whole emotional sense of inner waves.
