In Embodied Ayurveda for Yoga Practitioners, yoga, ayurveda and somatic awareness are combined to create a potent process for self-care. In their unique ways these three disciplines are about self-awareness. The practices offered here are somatic-awareness invitations to experience Ayurvedic principles as living, breathing realities in one’s own body.
