El problema que se abordará en este trabajo de investigación concierne a la falta de difusión de los rebozos tradicionales que se producen en Guanajuato, principalmente en los municipios de Moroleón y Uriangato, con el objetivo de indagar cuáles son los problemas a los que se enfrenta la producción rebocera del sur del estado, e investigar cuáles han sido las causas por las que los talleres, los productores, y los artesanos reboceros han venido desapareciendo, y poniendo a este arte guanajuatense en un grave riesgo de acabarse.
