Cotidianamente, interactuamos con diversos factores: personas, espacios, tecnologías, recursos naturales y económicos, culturas o normas, y a su vez, estos convergen en redes y dispositivos sociales complejos que inventamos y denominamos organizaciones. Sin embargo, como disciplina social, su estudio se enfrenta a la dicotomía de ser abordado considerando evidencia en forma de cifras o de palabras; por ello, este libro explora cómo investigar en gestión, otorgándole a las palabras un papel primordial. Así, a lo largo del texto, el lector descubrirá una forma muy simple de construir su propio camino de investigación cimentado en palabras y de qué modo contribuir a la gestión de organizaciones que le interesan.
