Es wird ein neues, umfassendes Modell sowie ein ausgefeiltes Lösungsverfahren zur Einlastungsplanung vorgestellt. In diesem Verfahren wird zur Lösung des Bewertungsproblems auf die Theorie der geschlossenen Warteschlangennetzwerke zurückgegriffen. Zur Lösung von unterschiedlichen Optimierungsproblemen wird ein clusteranalytisches Suchverfahren, das Prinzip der simulierten Abkühlung und die parametrische Optimierung eingesetzt.
