Motivation ist eines der notwendigen Elemente für jedes Unternehmen, das auf allen Ebenen durchstarten möchte, da der Mensch der Hauptakteur ist. Daher haben wir vom 1. Januar bis zum 1. Oktober 2024 eine Umfrage zum Einfluss der Motivation des Personals auf die Produktivität im Hôpital Général de référence de Kamina durchgeführt, deren Ziel es ist, die Auswirkungen zu bestimmen.Wir führten eine prospektive deskriptive Querschnittsstudie mit einer prospektiven Methode durch, bei der die Stichprobe nicht probabilistisch, die Stichprobe umfassend und der Fragebogen mit Interviews als Datenerhebungstechniken eingesetzt wurden.Nach unseren Untersuchungen kamen wir zu dem Ergebnis, dass die Motivation die treibende Kraft hinter der Unterproduktivität ist, mit allen Konsequenzen, die die Institution in den Abgrund reißen.
