Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, eine Lektüre des Seminars XVII von Jacques Lacan, einem französischen Psychoanalytiker und fruchtbaren Interpreten des Erbes von Sigmund Freud, vorzustellen. Unter dem Titel „Die Umkehrung der Psychoanalyse', gehalten zwischen 1969 und 1970, folgen wir Lacan bei der Konstruktion dessen, was er selbst seine „Vierfüßler' nannte, der Theorie der vier Diskurse. Zu diesem Zweck kontextualisieren wir das Werk historisch (wir müssen die Auswirkungen des Mai 1968 anerkennen) und theoretisch (vor allem der Rückgriff auf die Politische Ökonomie mit dem Konzept des Mehrwerts).
