Diese Arbeit untersucht kritisch John Rawls’ Konzept der Generationengerechtigkeit, d. h. die Prinzipien der gerechten Ersparnis, mit dem Ziel, eine Verpflichtung gegenüber zukünftigen Generationen zu schaffen. Diese Arbeit begann mit einer Untersuchung der Grundkonzepte wie Gerechtigkeit, Generationenübergreifendheit, Intragenerationenübergreifendheit und anderen. Anschließend werden John Rawls’ Ideen zur Generationengerechtigkeit sowie einige Kritikpunkte daran diskutiert.
