Weit entfernt von einer linearen und erschöpfenden historischen Rekonstruktion der Diskurse über psychische Pathologien besteht ihr Vorschlag in einer Erhebung multidisziplinärer Quellen, die eine Reflexion über Traditionen psychologischen Wissens und alte Praktiken der Behandlung psychischen Leidens ermöglichen. Kurz gesagt, eine andere Art, über die lange Geschichte der Psychopathologie und der klinischen Psychologie nachzudenken.
