Verwendung von Halogenidlösung zur Verbesserung des RDI und RI von Sinter: # Der Reduktions-Degradations-Index (RDI) von Sinter ist ein wichtiger Parameter zur Einschätzung der Sinterqualität in der Niedrigtemperaturzone (450-550 °C) des Hochofens. Daher ist es von großer Bedeutung, den RDI von Sinter zu reduzieren, was die Durchlässigkeit der Möllersäule des Hochofens für eine stabile und reibungslose Leistung verbessert, was zu einer hohen Ausbeute und einem geringen Verbrauch führt. In den letzten Jahren haben viele Forscher die Methode zur Verbesserung der Sinterqualität durch Zugabe von Halogenidlösung auf die Oberfläche des hergestellten Sintererzes untersucht und darüber berichtet. Einige Sinterproduzenten haben auch festgestellt, dass das Aufsprühen von CaCl₂-Lösung auf die Sinteroberfläche den RDI-Wert von Sinter reduziert.
