Focused on practical societal issues and challenges, he rejected Confucian idealism centered on abstract virtue and Daoist escapism, advocating instead for legal governance and institutional reforms as remedies for societal ills.作者简介Author Introduction韩非(约公元前280一公元前233年)，后人称韩非子或韩子，战国时期韩国人，为韩国公子，与李斯同学于荀子，喜好刑名法术之学，为法家学派代表人物。Han Fei (ca. 280-233 BCE), later revered as Han Feizi or Hanzi, was a noble from the state of Han during the Warring States period. A disciple of Xunzi alongside Li Si, he devoted himself to Legalist doctrines centered on penal codes (xingming) and statecraft (fashu), emerging as the preeminent figure of the Legalist school.韩非将商鞅的'法'，申不害的'术'和慎到的'势'集于一身，是法家思想的集大成者。法，强调法律的普遍性和强制性；术，是指驾御群臣、掌握政权、推行法令的策略和手段；势，即权力和地位的重要性，强调君主要有一定的权势来确保法律的执行和国家的稳定。Han Fei synthesized the Law (fa) of Shang Yang, the Statecraft (shu) of Shen Buhai, and the Authority (shi) of Shen Dao, crystallizing Legalist philosophy into a cohesive system. Law emphasized the universality and enforceability of statutes; Statecraft encompassed strategies to govern officials, consolidate power, and implement policies; Authority underscored the ruler’s political supremacy to ensure legal efficacy and state stability.
