《陈一谘回忆录（续）》接续2013年已刊八章，首度完整公开第九、十章及三十余篇附录文章，由女儿吴笙在父亲逝世十周年时整理付梓，力求复原其百万字遗稿原貌，完成作者'此生坎坷为寻路'的未竟心愿。全书以'大 事记'为经，以境遇与思考为纬，记述陈一谘自1989年被列'头号通缉犯'流亡海外，至2011年病榻之上仍笔耕不辍的二十二年。 上篇《为了良知和正义》（1989-1996）记录他在巴黎、普林斯顿与哈佛 奔走筹组'民主中国阵线'，营救鲍彤、疾呼平反'六四'，并与余英时等创设 '当代中国研究中心'。作者往返欧美、台港，见证东欧巨变与中国改革受 挫，对海外民运的分歧亦直陈利弊。下篇《位卑未敢忘忧国》（1996-2011）则呈现他艰难返国祭母、主持多次制度转型研讨会，创办胡赵基金会，倡议 '规范分权'，并在癌症缠身时仍撰写《中国改革30年祭等长文，思考'人啊人，你要往哪里去'。 附录汇集《痛悼紫阳》《鲍彤一案》等论文、悼词与演讲手稿，首披私人 书信、会议记录与珍稀照片，印证其'位卑未敢忘忧国'的精神。书稿细节生 动，如巴黎筹款风波等片段，铺陈人性光影，也折射海外民运的理想与局限。全书既是体制内改革者转身为流亡者的心路实录，也是1989后中国政治流变、知识分子命运与全球民主潮汐的宝贵口述档案，对研究当代中国改革史、民运史与流亡文学具有独特史料价值及启示意义。
