由中国翻译协会指导,新疆政法学院与中国政法大学联合主办,中国译协涉外法治翻译与传播专业委员会(原法律翻译委员会)和新疆政法学院法学院和人文学院承办的2025年'涉外法治与法律翻译研讨会'于5月24日在新疆图木舒克市成功举办。会议以'深耕南疆涉外法治教育 精研法律翻译传播方略'为主题,响应国家需求,立足地区特色,切磋琢磨,新见迭出。在前期投稿的基础上,我们对本次会议论文进行了择优录用,与中国译协涉外法治翻译与传播专业委员会在日常工作中征集的论文进行了共同编纂,最终形成了本论文集。本论文集'以人才培养为法治之本,以法律翻译为话语之桥',在结构上分为'涉外法治篇'与'法律翻译篇',共计28篇论文。'涉外法治篇'聚焦'一带一路'背景下涉外法治体系建设,探讨高校在涉外法治人才培养方面的探索与实践,回应实务部门对于法律服务的实际需求,回答对外交往中所面临的实体法律问题;'法律翻译篇'关注法律翻译能力的提升,既呈现翻译机制的改善与人工智能的应用,又涵盖中国法典的翻译规范与中国话语的对外传播,表明法律翻译传播不仅是语言转换,更是法治价值的再表达。本论文集紧密围绕加强涉外法治理论和实践前沿课题研究,力图为构建中国特色、融通中外的涉外法治理论体系和话语体系添砖加瓦。在此,编委会感谢所有作者以严谨的学术态度,涵育炽热的家国情怀,使本论文集兼具学术深度与时代温度。同时,衷心感谢中国政法大学、新疆政法学院等单位的倾力支持;感谢匿名审稿人与出版团队的辛勤付出。愿本论文集成为学界与实务界同频共振的媒介,为我国涉外法治建设与法律翻译传播做出应有的贡献。
