本书根据作者及几位友人的微信朋友圈的图文（ 图片+配诗） 整理而成， 富有诗情画意， 也是对当代诗歌创作的一种新的尝试。当代生活中， 由于手机拍照功能的普及和图片编辑功能的优化， 加上自媒体的发展， 照片已成为人们广泛记录生活的方式。每一个或一组图片都意味着一个话题或主题， 如果诗歌创作与之默契结合， 则可以用诗歌赋予图片富有生命力的阐述和意义， 图片也可成为诗歌创作的不断源泉。作者爱好摄影， 近十年来使用手机记录下了生活的点点滴滴， 对有所喜欢或感悟的照片也分享在微信朋友圈， 并配上诗文， 增加趣味欣赏性。几位友人也爱好摄影， 看到他/她们好的图片， 也情不自禁地写下一些赏析和感悟。受朋友鼓舞和帮助， 现尝试收集了部分认为图文较好的篇章， 约七十篇， 汇集成了此诗集， 希望大家喜欢。本人并非文人， 诗文都是随性所写， 瑕疵不可避免;不怕读者见笑， 只是想抛砖引玉， 与广大热爱生活的朋友们共勉， 希望大家都可以用这种方式记录生活点滴， 做一个热爱生活的人。
