Die dynamische Risikostratifizierung (DRS) und ihre aktuelle Definition jeder Kategorie des Therapieansprechens bei Patienten mit papillärem Schilddrüsenkarzinom (PTC) nach Lobektomie wurden nicht ausreichend untersucht. Ziel dieser Studie war es, das DRS-System zu validieren und nützliche Thyreoglobulin (Tg)- oder Anti-Tg-Antikörper (Ab)-bezogene Parameter bei der Definition jeder Kategorie des Therapieansprechens zu untersuchen. Diese historische Kohortenstudie umfasste 619 Patienten mit PTC, die durch Schilddrüsenlappenresektion behandelt wurden. Alle eingeschlossenen Teilnehmer wurden nach dem anfänglichen Risikostratifizierungssystem der American Thyroid Association (ATA) bzw. dem DRS-System geschichtet. Der Zusammenhang zwischen diesen Schichtungen und dem strukturellen Rezidiv wurde bewertet.
