Dylan Dover

Dylan Dover: Players of the Prophecy is the third installment in an award-winning high fantasy series that has created an international sensation and taken readers by storm. The ancient prophecy of a condemned vampire is about to come to fruition as four young warlocks are reunited against the odds, wielding powers never seen before in the immortal world. Dylan, along with his siblings Remy, Seth and Siri must further develop their extraordinary powers, including their ability to time travel, if they have any chance of successfully thwarting the evil vampire Baltazar, who is attempting to seize their powers for himself and to destroy the immortal world and dominate all humans and supernatural beings for all time. And then there is Thea, a wizard with special healing powers and Dylan’s best friend. As she discovers her genetic lineage, she learns that she has the ability to see future events before they occur. But some of Thea’s visions are terrifying and show her playing a direct role in the destruction of her friends. Will Thea be able to control her own destiny, or are her visions unalterable despite all her efforts? The children are not alone in their quest, and they have many allies, including Halle and Oliver (shapeshifters) and Uma (a dragon) who are instrumental in helping them in unexpected ways. The day of reckoning is fast approaching, and a final monumental battle will reveal the true nature of the prophecy, and whether good or evil shall prevail. 'It brings to life a richly imaginative and complex fantasy realm that readers will want to revisit again and again.' - Louise Jane, the Golden Wizard Book Prize
