NOTE DE LECTURE DROIT PENAL ECONOMIQUECe manuel contient des enseignements des mécanismes de sécurité des transactions et de circulation des biens et des richesses, mission principale du droit pénal économique. Tenant compte du fait que la délinquance d’affaires occasionne de grands dommages nationaux, met en cause le développement économique et social, altère la qualité de vie des gens dans le monde, menace la structure d’état en ébranlant la confiance du public dans le système économique ; le législateur congolais, en particulier et communautaire(OHADA) en général, ont mis en place certaines règles dans l’objectif de maintenir les structures économiques et sociales et d’assurer l’égalité des citoyens dans le monde des affaires. Cet enseignement passe en revue les incriminations prévues par le législateur congolais en matière économique, mais aussi celles prévues par le législateur communautaire. Il s’agit de mettre en lumière le choix effectué par le législateur communautaire, à savoir : le renvoi aux législations nationales, choix qui ne favorise pas l’harmonisation ou mieux, l’uniformisation.
