People can so easily fall into patterns of thought that, at best stunt our own development and at worse lead to depression, anxiety, and a litany of other mental disorders. Mental disorders are a two-way street between behavior and action; behaviors or thoughts that are the symptoms of depression can themselves lead toward depression when acted on.
