I was born in Wodonga, Australia. I have three sisters and one brother. When we were very young my Dad was in the Army and because of this we had a nomadic lifestyle and moved around the country regularly. When I was about 7 years of age my parents decided to move to England as my mum hadn’t seen her mother for many years. Upon returning to Perth we settled in Kelmscott in 1973. My father died of cancer at the age of 51 and then my mum at 69. I came to know Christ when I was 36 years old and have never regretted that decision. That decision transformed my life. I have a certificate II in Biblical studies and have a certificate in Counselling. I hope you are blessed as you read this book. It starts with my first few years of getting to know this awesome God of ours. It has been an exciting journey with many highs and lows and I know that God has not finished with me yet. In Hebrews 12 it talks about a race and it says let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. It is a journey and it doesn’t matter how fast or slow or how difficult it gets it’s our perseverance. We need to encourage one another and help each other along life’s journey. Be BlessedLyn
