Dody Gets Lost tells the story of a young dinosaur named Dody who has a very adventurous spirit and loves spending his days exploring. Dody also loves being outdoors and discovering new and interesting things. One day, as he is taking a fun walk in the forest, a beautiful butterfly crosses his path. He becomes so engrossed in chasing the butterfly that he doesn’t realize that he is lost. He gets scared and is not sure how to find his way back home. What will he do? Dody remembers to think happy thoughts, and that helps him-he remembers his family and how much he loves them. He hopes that they will find him and take him home. This charming illustrated story seeks to help expand children’s vocabulary and help them keep a positive outlook when faced with negative situations.
